Rest Day: Sault Ste. Marie

This rest day was filled with lounging and even more lounging :) I didn’t go into the city because it would have been a bit of a bicycle ride and I really didn’t feel like riding. Rather, I simply hung around camp with several other riders.

In the afternoon I got around to doing my laundry and that evening we ordered pizza (organized by Elaine) from a local restaurant. It was nice to have a large group of us together, sitting on the picnic tables eating pizza.

Tomorrow was a big day because we had to cycle 172km, the longest day according to Bud Miles and this upcoming segment was also 5 days long. However, one of the days we only had to cycle 60km and the terrain wouldn’t be too difficult. Plus we would be heading into Southern Ontario, getting closer and closer to my home :)
